Sizes: Sm, Med, and Lg. To fit head size up to 19" (20½", 22½"). Elastic may be sewn into band if needed to fit a smaller size. Yarn Requirements: Yarn that will knit to a gauge of 5 sts to 1". 3-color hat: 50 (60, 70) yards of color A (band & leaves), 40 (50, 55) yards of color B (body of acorn), and 45 (55, 60) yards of color C (top of acorn). 2-color hat: 80 (90, 100) yards of color B, 45 (55, 60) of color C.
