How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy: Sorry, we do not accept returns on the following items: Accessories, Books, Clothing, Belts, Shoes, Boots, Purses, Cone Yarns, Custom Orders, Hooks, Needles, Patterns, ReWear items, Special Deals, or Sale Items. ALL ReWear items are sold 'AS IS'! No returns on any merchandise without pre-authorization. Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept website returns for exchange or store credit 2 calendar days after delivery of the product with prior approval only please. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition. ”Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is: without showing signs of wear or damage in any way to include animal hair and odor of any kind. Banded yarns in original condition within 2 calendar days of the delivery date (after 2 days no returns are allowed). If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order will qualify for store credit, or credit card/paypal refund. No cash refunds. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items unless items were received in error or defective. Again, you MUST contact us within 2 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 2 days and WITHOUT contacting us prior to returning items will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
