Royal Blue w/Green Collar, double breasted closure w/2 seafoam green & gold edged working buttons, 2 front snaps at waist & 1 snap at cleavage area. There are pleats on skirt part of dress in from & back along with an elastic waist in back. 100% Polyester, hand wash.
2 buttons on front waist line. Buttons are a cream green.
